These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Steady Ledger website and digital publications. By accessing or using any part of the site, the reader agrees to be bound by these terms. If the reader does not agree, access should be discontinued immediately.

1. Eligibility

Use of Steady Ledger and purchase of its digital publications is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By using the site or making a purchase, the reader represents that they meet this age requirement.

2. Nature of Content

Steady Ledger is an editorial publication. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published by Steady Ledger constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax guidance, legal counsel, medical advice, or any other form of professional consultation. The content does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind between Steady Ledger and the reader.

Steady Ledger does not claim, promise, or imply that reading, applying, or acting upon any published content will produce any specific financial, personal, or professional result. 5. No Professional Relationship

The reader is solely responsible for any decisions made based on published content. 6. Payment Disputes

Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. Steady Ledger does not store full payment card details. In the event of a billing dispute, the reader should first contact support@steadyledger.online. If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the reader may pursue resolution through the applicable payment provider's dispute process or through the consumer protection channels available in the reader's jurisdiction.

Steady Ledger reserves the right to suspend access to purchased content during the investigation of any payment dispute, including chargebacks. Access will be restored if the dispute is resolved in the reader's favor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steady Ledger shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site or its publications. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of income, data, or opportunity, whether or not Steady Ledger was advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

The reader agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Steady Ledger from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the reader's use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Modifications

Steady Ledger reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Steady Ledger's site and publications shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer protection rights that the reader may have under the laws of the reader's jurisdiction.
